This lovely Gunne Sax gown is so light and airy! It is a blue
dotted swiss with a white underlining and white lace trim. The gown
has a higher neckline which is edged with a wide band of white lace.
Three (3) vertical strips of lace decorate the front bodice of the
gown. The white underlining begins at the bustline and continues
through to the hemline. The upper bodice and sleeves are not lined.
The gown is sleeveless with a large ruffle outlining the armholes.
The back of the bodice closes with faux pearl buttons. The waist is
fitted with a wide white satin belt with ties in the back. The skirt
if fairly full and is fully lined and also has an attached crinoline.
The gown is a Size 13 and is in very good condition. It has
never been worn and the original tag is still intact. The gown could
use a general cleaning as it has been stored away for years. This
gown would be perfect for a garden wedding (see our white wide brim
floppy hats and veils.

GUNNE SAX Blue/White Cotton

A pretty combination of blue and white keeps the gown a classic.
The dress is light blue cotton and is fully lined. The dress has a
square neckline with a gathered (elastic) center of white lace
overlay. The lace continues through the bodice. The dress is cut in
a princess style with a high waistline. Two vertical bands of white
lace begin at the shoulder and continue through the front of the
bodice to the waistline. White satin ribbons accent each side of the
lace band. Stain ribbons also accent the waistline. The sleeves are
long with a small cuff which buttons and is edged with a narrow white
lace. A material tie belt is attached to the side seams and ties in
the back. The dress has a center back zipper and is fully lined. A
wide ruffle decorates the bottom portion of the skirt. The gown is
new/old stock and still has the original Gunne Sax tag. This gown is
a size 5 and measures approximately: bustline=30"; waistline=24; shoulder to shoulder=11"; length=55 1/2". Please note: This gown runs small and is not a typical size 5 - more like a size 1 or 2, so please measure carefully.

1960's Bridesmaid Watteau Peach
Gown
Beautiful and gorgeous watteau gown. If you were fortunate enough to
view
the wonderful 1960's watteau wedding gown that was on this site
earlier and
now is sold this would compliment the gown as a perfect bridesmaids
dress.
It is styled by "Lorrie Deb" and is a size 13! Beautiful dark peach
color
with short sleeves and a gathered watteau back. Zipper closure.
Typical
Audrie Hepburn styling with the straight cut front and has a strap
just
inder the bustline with a pretty tied bow in the center, and another
bow
just below that one in middle of back. Scoop neckline and back and
there is
also a bow in center back of the gowns neckline. Satin lined in corded
satin of the same peach coloring. Textured pile fancy fabric that
has a
slight sheen to it. Bustline measures 34 inches, waistline 34 inches
(remember this is a watteau style where it is gathered at the top
and then
extends outward in the shape of a V and is NOT form fitting but is
meant to
look "draped" over the figure) and gown from neckline to hem
measures 52
inches. This gown is in "Pristine" condition with no stains or wear.
Most
likely was never worn.

Pale Blue/White
Gown
Light and lovely! This gown is a very pale blue with white lace
accents. The gown features a high neckline edged with white lace and
a samll center front yoke of white lace. Light blue ribbons are sewn
to the bodice of the gown for added detail. Four vertical ribbons
begin at the shoulders and continue to the waistline. Two horizontal
ribbons encircle the waistline, with the bottom ribbon forming a "V"
at the center front of the waistline. The sleeves are short and
puffed. They are shee and edged with white lace. A sheer material
belt is also attached to the side seams of the gown and ties in the
back. The entire gown is lined with a sheer over dress. A ruffle
accents the bottom portion of the gown and is decorated with a
horizontal white lace strip. The gown is a Size 7/8. It is new/old
stock and has never been worn. It does need cleaning as it has been
stored for several years. The gown is in very good condition.

1970's Blue W/Lace Gown

This pretty light blue gown has an Edwardian look! The neckline is
high and accented with a wide machine embroidered collar. The center
front of the collar features a scolling oval. Attached to the collar
is a fine netting decorated with a scattered pattern of diamonds.
The net ends in a deep "V" in the front, continues over the shoulders
and ends with a deep "V" in the back. The bodice of th gown has cris-
crosses over the bustline to the waistline. The sleeves are full and
end just above the elbow. The top portion of the sleeve is full.
The waistline is fitted (no belt included, but a ribbon could be
substituted). The skirt is nicely gathered and the gown is unlined.
The gown is a Size 9/10. The gown measures: bustline=34";
waistline=26"; length (shoulder to hemline)=56". It is new/old stock
and has never been worn. It is in very good condition, but does need
cleaning as it was purchased from a bridal warehouse.

Lavendar Accordian Pleated
Gown
The lavendar gown features lots of lace! The gown has a high,
ruffled neckline, accented with a material tie at the center front.
The upper bodice of the gown is sheer lavendar new with an all over
diamond pattern. The netting begins in the front, continues over the
shoulders and through the back of the gown. A large ruffle, which
matches the neckline outlines the net. The sleeves are long net and
are also accented with wide lace at the cuffs. The Gown has an
empire waistline and the skirt is accordian pleated from the
waistline to the hemline. The gown has a center back zipper. The
gown is a Size 9/10 and is in very good condition. It is new/old
stock and does need cleaning as it has been stored way for several
years. The gown measures approximately: bustline=34; waistline=27;
length (shoulder to hemline)=54. NOTE: Color is truer in the Bodice
Views than the full length views.

Fuschia Bridesmaid's
Gown
This gown is beautiful. Unfortunately, my camera has trouble with
pinks, so the photos do not do the gown justice. See FSC013 for more
detailed photos. The gown is a fuschia color. It has a boat
neckline with 3/4 length sleeves. The bodice is fitted and has a
pleat which begins at the left shoulder and crosses to the right side
of the waistline. This pleat is accented with two bows - one at the
bustline and one at the waistline. The skirt is full (should be worn
with a larger crinoline) and has a few pleats at the waistline to
give the skirt an interesting drape. The back of the gown has a
large material flower at the waistline. The skirt is gathered with
pleating in the back and when worn with a larger hoop or crinoline,
has the look of a bustle. See FSC013 to see the matching gown in a
purple. The gown is in very good condition and is new/old stock. It
has never been worn and was purchased from a vintage warehouse. The
gown is from the House of Bianchi line and looks to be of 1960's
vintage. It still has the original tag in addition to the neck label
which reads, "House of Bianchi, Boston, New York. The gown
measurements are: bustline=34"; waistline=24"; length (shoulders to
hemline)=56". The gown is in very good condition - no fading,
stains, etc.

Powder Blue/Lace Gown
Size 5 and Size 7
These lovely gowns would be perfect for the bridesmaids in your
wedding. The gowns are actually a powder blue in color; however,
they look much lighter in the photos. The gowns would make a
wonderful wedding gown for a garden wedding. The gowns have a high
neckline and a front and back yoke done in
white lace. The collar and bottom "V" of the yoke are trimmed with a
dainty light blue floral trim. Two layers of ruffles encircle the
yoke and continue over the shoulder and through the back. The gown
is sleeveless, with the ruffle draping just over the upper arm. The
dress has elastic around the waistline, with a material tie belt (a
few of the gowns are missing this tie belt, but a white ribbon at the
waistline would also look lovely). The skirt has a nice flair which
widens as it approaches the floor. The gown is not lined and is made
of a fine double knit material. It has a center back zipper. All of
the gowns are new/old stock. They were purchased from a bridal
wearhouse that closed in the 1980's. The gowns date to the 1970's.
All are in very good condition, but do need cleaning.
